Avaliação da Empatia de Discentes no Ensino Superior
uma revisão sistemática

Os desafios provenientes das demandas acadêmicas estão elevando os índices de ansiedade e depressão, além de diminuir a empatia entre os estudantes. A avaliação da empatia desses sujeitos no ensino superior pode permitir a elaboração de ações pedagógicas que os mobilizem em direção a uma melhor adaptação à aprendizagem. Instrumentos, como escalas e questionários, permitem avaliar a empatia dos estudantes. O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar uma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre escalas e questionários de avaliação da empatia de discentes no ensino superior, detalhando suas características como amostra, tamanho, confiabilidade e país do estudo. Foram selecionados 44 estudos primários, publicados entre 2018 e 2023, para uma análise em profundidade. Assim, 22 escalas e questionários de avaliação da empatia foram identificados. Os resultados indicam a necessidade de explorar a construção de novos instrumentos de avaliação da empatia voltados, especificamente, ao contexto educacional.
