Need for Cognitive Closure refers to the desire to obtain clarification on a certain topic or situation to avoid ambiguity. In this sense, the question arises: how to implement cognitive closure strategies through remote teaching for students with visual impairment associated with other disabilities? Objective: to implement cognitive closure activities/strategies, through remote teaching, for students with visual impairment associated with other disabilities, offering concrete opportunities to understand the beginning and end of activities. Method: experience report with a qualitative and quantitative approach, during 2021, with three students with visual impairment associated with other disabilities. Results: the students understood the beginning and end of the activities. Conclusions: whether remotely or in person, students with visual impairments associated with other disabilities need to understand the beginning and end of activities in a concrete way. Disseminating the experience in this study may benefit other students.
