Abstract

The design uses visual communication to create a multisensory narrative experience that is based on perception and cognition, color and form. Therefore, interactivity is an essential requirement when offering an immersive experience. Based on experiences lived during practical classes of new communication narratives that originated an academic communicational prototype, the proposal of this article, from the Design Sprint method, is to expand the multinarrative, developing institutional tourist content with great possibility of interaction, spontaneous sharing and viralization. Thus promoting a unique experience, showing a new way of thinking and producing informative content based on new communicational narratives about tourist attractions in Curitiba, with non-linear, interactive and immersive content. Design as a fusion of art and language takes into account the emotional journey of users, which is naturally non-linear and has ups and downs arising from the sensations experienced.
