Abstract

methodological terms, this work adopted a quantitative approach and aimed to analyze how students study and prepare tests. For this purpose, an empirical study carried out with 250 students from 8th to 12th grade and of both sexes aged between 13 and 17 years or more is presented. The Questionnaire was used as an instrument. In terms of conclusions, with these results hypotheses H1 and H2 were rejected. With regard to the difference between grades, the results revealed that students in the 10th and 12th grades are those with higher levels of study habits and learning strategies than those in the lower grades of the same teaching cycle, thus giving rise to by confirming hypothesis H3.
